Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha first revealed as transgender at the age of high school. Those were difficult years, but Sasha was confident that with the help of his family and the music he could handle anything. Jim and Sasha are both song writers and are just beginning to form the official duo of music. In the past they've performed at numerous local venues, including open mics. While The Voice coaches did not talk about Sasha's background, the duo as well as Jim talked about their lives in an introductory clip played prior to the show. Both Jim and Sasha talked about what music they like and their experiences. Sasha picked up the guitar the very first time at six. He was able to learn the musical form faster since his father was an educator. Sasha was a troubled child with his gender identity. In an Instagram post, she spoke about his struggles. Jim became overwhelmed by tears as he described why the reason he was not a the victim of this difficult time. Sasha Allen, The Voice contestant, was born a girl. The age of Sasha Allen will be 19 in 2021. Sasha started his transition as the first male freshman in high school. Sasha stated via Instagram, "I am the third transgender individual to be featured on the show, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to represent transgender individuals on such a large platform."
